Package One
The Perfect Mix: $500
For clients who have planned their event but need someone to make sure everything runs smoothly the day of the event.
Includes:
- 1 consultation meeting 2–4 weeks before event
- Full-service event coordination
- Review of client's existing timeline
- Creation/refinement of detailed event-day timeline
- Vendor contact list
- Final vendor confirmations
- Event flow management
- Full event setup supervision
- Coordinate setup and vendor arrival
- Direct vendors throughout the event
- Keep event on schedule
- Assist with transitions and announcements
- Décor Assistance
- Greet guests
- Coordinate key moments
- Two (2) pre-mixed signature cocktails
- Up to 6 hours of event-day coordination
Additional hours: $75–$100/hour
Package Two
The Celebration Blueprint: $850
For clients have a vision but need help organizing all the pieces.
Includes everything in The Perfect Mix, PLUS:
- Event planning checklist
- Customized cocktail station with two (2) signature drinks, garnishes, cups, and one (1) refill on each signature drink
- Vendor recommendations
- Vendor communication assistance
- Venue walkthrough

The Full Sip & Celebration: $1,500
For the clients who needs help creating the vision and bringing it to life.

- Contract/timeline organization

- Décor Assistance
- Floor-plan development

- Wedding/event rehearsal coordination when applicable
- Full- Bar services (Alcohol NOT INCLUDED)

- Up to 10 hours of event-day coverage
